SHIPPING:
We have a wide range of eBikes that we have in stock or order through our Manufacturers. Our Website represents the ebikes available through our website or our ordering systems. There is a possibility some models are not in stock. You should contact our store (888 876 6473 ext 0), fill out our contact form or email us at sales@ebikecentral.net for more details on each model availability.

 

Delivery time of each Brand or Model may vary. We receive eBikes from our Manufacturers from their warehouses in different locations within the U.S. or Canada. We will consult you on the time it will take on a particular Brand and Model. Riese & Muller models are typically custom ordered after we consult you on your exact model interest, options and production date which can then be shipped via Sea Freight or Air Freight from Germany.

 

We are required to receive every eBike from our Manufacturer for Final Assembly and then shipment via your choice of methods listed here. We provide insurance for additional fees and tracking numbers for you to see where it is in the shipping process to your door.

 

We offer three ways for you to be receive your eBike:
  1. Pickup your eBike at our Greensboro NC location at no charge.
  2. Arrange Fully Assembled eBike with our Sprinter van for an additional fee. See our reach below.
  3. Have us ship your eBike to most locations in the U.S. for $175 plus insurance.
Mobile Delivery Area
We have personally delivered eBikes from our brands via our Mercedes Sprinter Van to the following states: Washington DC, Virginia, Kentucky, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida and Alabama.
