We have two affordable levels of service that we call our eCare Plans will provide you discounts and free services that allow you to protect your investment without breaking the bank. With routine maintenance, you’ll enjoy your eBike for many years to come!

LABOR RATE
$80/Hour
Have an issue, concern or a problem that isn’t necessarily a “tune-up”? Book an “other service” and we can take care of your problems a la carte.
BASIC TUNE-UP
$70.00
This includes Derailleur, Brake Setup and Chain Wipe/Lubrication. We will also do a Safety Check, includes looking over eBike for any major damage and checking all the nuts and bolts. Does not include parts.

BOSCH DIAGNOSTIC/FIRMWARE UPDATE

Bosch eBike Systems recommends this be completed once per year.
EBIKE TROUBLESHOOTING
Due to the complexity of electric bikes, we can only service eBikes that use the motor systems that we sell. We charge a minimum of $60 for all electric bike troubleshooting, and bill at our eBike labor rate of $80 per hour thereafter. These charges are waived for bikes purchased at eBike Central for the first year of ownership.
- Flat Repair (certain eBikes may be additional cost) – $15 + tube, hub drive additional charge
