On top of offering premium quality eBikes for sale, we also pride ourselves on our eBike service offering.
In Store Service
We have a full service setup in both of our stores. Our Greensboro store has more space and can handle larger, more complex servicing. Some Service will require your eBike be in the Store.
Mobile
We have been mobile since the day we opened. We circulate our Van throughout the year for Events, Sales and Service. We can perform Private Driveway or Meetup Reduced Cost options. You are coming to one of our events this year we hope! We are in Person in your area.
Local Qualified Mechanic
Bosch eBike Systems are the most durable on the market. Bosch has a Network of Certified Dealers including Trek, that can, for a fee, diagnose and support issue. Note, there is a 0.5% issue rate with Bosch over 14 years. That is not a regular service issue level.
