Surface604 Trio eTrike/Tricycle – eBike Central, Greensboro NC –

We have added a new eTrike or eTricycle to our list of eBike products. It is called the Trio and it is from Surface604 who we have represented since we opened in October of 2017.

The Trio is an all new product from Surface604 out of Canada. Surface604 has offered High Quality rear-hub, Bafang powered models since we met them in 2017. Their products have steadily improved and they now offer a series of Mid-Drive Bafang powered models, including this Trio.  This includes a Throttle Option.

As you can see it offers a Wider Stance for better stability and rides on a set of Ultra-Wide Tires which allows it to ride on a more varied terrain, not just Streets and Paved Paths. You can also adjust the Tire Pressure down to allow for more shock absorption or riding on soft terrain like packed sand.

It is available now in Grey and Black, and one size for all riders.

Here are some key features of the Trio:

HANDLEBAR – Re-designed handlebar. Swept-back, cruiser design for a more comfortable riding position. 710mm wide, 30mm rise, 45 degree sweep.

GEL SEAT – Selle Royal “Gipsy” Ergonomic Gel Saddle. Designed for city and tour use. Adjustable up to 9 degrees.

HEADLIGHT – Redesigned headlight positioning and a new Büchel “Shiny 120” ebike LED headlight with 120 lumens.

SOFTWARE UPDATE – BAFANG Display Updated Software: Select your desired pedal assist range, adjustable torque settings, bug fixes, and more.

POWERFUL 500W MOTOR – MID DRIVE 48V 500W (Peaks At 750W) Bafang Geared Brushless Electric motor purpose built for speed and power. Enjoy the quiet and consistent distribution at any speed. Mid Drive position adds to the Trikes’ stability.

FOLDING STEM – Added bonus feature – the handle can fold down for easier storage and transportation.

LONG RANGE BATTERY – Offering a high-capacity battery option: 48V20ah (960wh) 5000mah cell size, (Same as in Tesla), Samsung Cells 21700, Made in Korea. USB Plug, capacity indicator button. Range up to 70 Miles (110 Kms)

STORAGE – Trike’s weight capacity is 450lbs. Extra large back storage basket with (removable) wooden bottom. Front (removable) basket with metal mesh bottom – for extra storage.
