eBike Central has been Providing Test Rides, Ordering, Delivering and Servicing Cargo models since 2017! We wanted to elevate this as we see increased demand…

Our goal is to provide an actual experience we would want if we were shopping for an eBike.

It doesn’t get any more Authentic then that! We are riders too, right!? Yes!

eBike Central defines Four (4) Categories of eBikes both defined by the eBike Industry and the use category that they naturally fall into. Here are are Four Categories we focus on providing to our customers:

• Off Road
• Compact
• Cargo

Our Cargo eBike Test Center will have on Permanent Display and Testing a Range of Front and Rear Loading Style Cargo eBikes. Through our partnerships with our Brands, we have made an investment in a Unique, Customer Experience where the actual Physical Cargo Models are there for you to See, Touch and Test. 

We will have between 6-10 Models at any time, with a Core Test Fleet that we are committed to having available for our Appointment-Only Customers.

Yes, this is an Appointment-only Experience for our customers which lasts up to an hour. This is a time we focus on the following: 

• 

  Riese and Muller Load 60 HS Touring, eBike Central, Without Cover in front of Charlotte NC light rail train

  Understanding your needs with a cargo eBike

• Discuss the various types and models
• Introduce the Test Fleet
• Instruct on proper use
• Provide a Helmet, and the Test Ride begins!
• After testing one or more models, we will discuss initial reaction. 
• We finish the appointment with a Configuration or more for quoting.
• We follow up with next steps. 

Our Sales Team will communicate after the appointment on Final Quotations, Ordering, Delivery and Service steps. We will make arrangements from the Ordering, to Delivery and even plan your first years Service!
