If we did anything right from the beginning of establishing eBike Central, it was choosing Bosch motor systems as a common denominator with the eBike Brands that we chose. This year we are adding CUBE as another top eBike Manufacturer, and what did they choose as the basis of their eBike, Bosch!

We enjoy a close relationship with Bosch and includes:

• Annual training for our staff to continue our Bosch eBike Certifications.
• Visits from our rep to each of our stores in Charlotte and Greensboro NC.
• Software and Tools to help us diagnose any issues that customers bring up related to the motor system.
• 800 Number to call and talk to a Bosch eBike Specialist anytime we need them.
• Easy process to request and receive In Warranty and Out of Warranty parts.
• Confidence that Bosch will service and support the parts years after they stop producing them.

We are proud to be a part of the Bosch family by educating the public, providing test rides, preparing & testing shipments, delivering products and supporting the products. 

It is very important that we have a strong relationship with our eBike Manufacturers. But is also important to know that the Bicycle Components in including the Frame, Wheels, Brakes, Gears and additional parts is separate from the Motor, Battery, Controller and Display. Some eBike brands we offer support the entire bike and motor system.

When it comes to Bosch motor system based eBikes, from the time the eBike is unboxed in our store Bosch takes responsibility for all the motor system parts through the life of the eBike.
