Durham NC eBike Service Meetup, 2/1/20
Preparing for our Customer Service appointments in Durham NC.
eBike Central was in Durham NC on Saturday, February 1, 2020 for a regular Service Meetup Location.
We are Mobile! We take our Showroom, Test Rides, Sales, Deliveries and Service on the road via our Mercedes Sprinter van. We have racked up 57,000 miles in two and a half years traveling all over the Southeast from Virginia to Florida. Our customers love it!
This time we were at Piney Wood Park from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm to provide Free Tune ups for our first year customer and Annual Preventative Maintenance for our Two (2) Plus year customers.
A Free Tune Up is included with the purchase of an Electric Bicycle from eBike Central. This includes:
- Tire & Wheel Inspection, and Air Pressure adjustments
- Shock Inspection and Air Shock pressure adjustments

Brake Inspection and Adjustments
- Derailleur and Hub Gear Inspection and Adjustment
- Clean and Lubricate Chain & Derailleur
- Bosch Firmware updates
The Annual Preventative Maintenance keeps the customers’ eBike investment operating properly and safely after the first year. This includes:
- Tune Up Items listed above
- Replace Brake Pads & Tires as needed
- Order and replace specific parts
