We always like to meetup with Bosch for our customers. This time we were in Raleigh NC for an annual training certification for our staff. 

We offer Four (4) Brands of eBikes that utilize and incorporate the Bosch eBike motor systems: BULLS, Gazelle, Reise & Muller and TERN. Its part of our strategy to offer unique, high quality, durable Brands of eBikes and the Bosch system is at the core.

It was great to learn about the new 2020 changes with the addition of new motor systems, displays, parts and upgrades. Going to training is required and we are glad of it.

This is a great story for us to be both certified on the eBikes but also by the Motor System companies. There are only a few eBike Motor System companies that provide formal training, issue formal certification certificates, limit access to support to certified dealers and provide a list of individual parts that can be replaced on a Bosch eBike System IF needed.

Thats a big IF since we see very, very few issues or problems with Bosch eBike motor systems. That is why, as a customer, you want to invest in a product using this system. Your long term costs are lower, and you will be more satisfied with your eBike from the first time you ride and years to come!
