At Royal Dutch gazelle our assembly line is the most modern in the world. This is where all the parts come together.
The frame starts its journey along the assembly line with the front forks and handlebars already fitted. All the parts from our pre-assembly and paint shop are ready and waiting.
Step-by-step with precision and attention to detail 25 assembly line staff check and fit each component. The mud guard, the wheels and the battery are added to create a perfect Gazelle.
Every 90 seconds the new Gazelle rolls off each assembly line which has a monorail leading directly into the truck, ready to go to one of our Gazelle dealers. And because we have three of these modern assembly lines that makes one every 30 seconds.
